Vartha Molosyam Recipe
This recipe is very special type of moloshyam prepared by my grandma usually for lunch after a feast day. In this all the balance vegetables are used especially all the locally grown and this recipe is very light for stomach after a heavy feast. This recipe has been inherited to my mother and my aunts. It contains no masala and tastes really yummy. Mostly traditional houses of Thrissur only prepares it.But in this modern world I feel these type of recipes are diminishing. I don’t know if it would be appealing to see it in photo.
