Pacha manga chamanthi /perukku (raw mango chutney )
Ingredients:
Raw Mango ½
Shallots 4no
Curry leafs few
Coconut grated 1/2cup
Rai a pinch
Jeera a pinch
Salt to taste
Tadka
Rai 1/4tsp
coconut oil
Redchilly dry 2-3no
Method:
Grind all the ingredients expect the shallots and mango. Once mixed add
rest items and just mix in mixer. It should not be a smooth paste. Last add a tadka of rai and red chilly in a teaspoon of coconut oil over it
