Pacha manga chamanthi /perukku (raw mango chutney )



During summer season raw mangoes are used for variety of dishes.
 This is a recipe like a chutney served with rice. Its prepared with raw mango, coconut . Its really fresh vibrant and bursting with flavour. Tangy and spicy. Grandma used to prepare this in the traditional stone grinder it had a different aroma and taste which we won’t get it in electrical mixers and grinders. It goes well with mooloshyams….. Hope you all like it.






Ingredients:
Raw Mango ½
Shallots 4no
Curry leafs few
Coconut grated 1/2cup
Rai a pinch
Jeera a pinch
Salt to taste
Tadka 
Rai 1/4tsp
coconut oil
Redchilly dry 2-3no
Method:
Grind all the ingredients expect the shallots and mango. Once mixed add rest items and just mix in mixer. It should not be a smooth paste. Last add a tadka of rai and red chilly in a teaspoon of coconut oil over it
